1   Ensure that the company name entered here precisely matches the name of the company specified in the relevant Communiqué.

2   The appropriate Turkish customs tariff position for the goods subject to the measure, as specified in the relevant Communiqué, must be written.

INSTRUCTIONS :

-   This document is required by Turkish customs authorities in accordance with the provisions of the Communiqué on the Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports (Communiqué No. 2025/1).

-   This document must be electronially generated in English by the producer/exporter or trader company issuing the invoice for the importer in Türkiye and must be manually signed by an authorized offıcial.

-   The Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye may request additional information and documents from the importer, producer/exporter, and, if applicable, trader companies to verify the accuracy of the Producer/Exporter Certificate.

-   In case of doubt regarding the accuracy of the information and declarations and supporting documents in the Producer/Exporter Certifıcate; the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye may request information from the customs administration of the country where the producer/exporter and/or trader companies are located, along with the reasons for the doubt and the relevant information and documents. The Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye may carry out on-site inspections and audits at the facilities of the companies included in the certificate or may request that the customs authorities of the country where the producer/exporter and/or trader are located carry out these inspections.
